All Natural PB Protein Bars

Original Recipe Yield 9 bars


1/2 cup natural peanut butter

3 cups old fashioned oats

1/3 cup milled/ground flaxseed

6 scoops protein powder

1 cup skim milk


In medium sized bowl, combine peanut butter, oats, flaxseed, then protein powder in that order.  Try to mix as much of the oats in with the peanut butter at first then add the rest.  The mixture will be very dry at this point.  After all ingredients are combined, add the milk last.  You may or may not need all the milk.  Start with about 3/4 of the milk then add more as needed.  You do not want the mixture to be pasty when finished.   Place in an 8×8 tray, cut into 9 squares, and keep it refrigerated.


Amount Per Serving:  approx. 287 calories, 11g fat, 23g carbs, 25g protein
